- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 avocado, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 3 Tbsp cashews
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 red chili pepper, chopped
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Lime juice
- Lemon slice (garnish)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients on a plate and top with pumpkin seeds and cashews.
