Sesame Crusted Tuna

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- 4 oz ahi tuna steak
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine black and white sesame seeds. Set to side.
- Season tuna with salt and pepper and roll in sesame seed mixture, coating tuna evenly.
- In a non-stick pan, warm olive oil until smoking. Place tuna in a pan and cook until white sesame seeds start to turn golden, about 1 minute.
- Carefully turn tuna over and cook for about another minute.
- Transfer tuna to a cutting board and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Serve tuna with spinach leaves and use a favorite dressing.
