Ingredients
1/3cupblueberries
1/3cupstrawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2cupvanilla yogurt
1Tbspsliced almonds, roughly chopped
Chia seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
Place blueberries into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, gently stirring until berries soften, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir into strawberries. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes, longer if time permits.
Divide the berry mixture between two glasses. Top with layers of yogurt and remaining berries. Sprinkle almonds and/or chia seeds on top and serve.
